We had just saved the Europeans by buying their bonds. We, the humble country of China are responsible for saving that continent and their starving banks who just can’t control their greed. The same race who you spitted at ten years ago for offering you cheap products. Those who you thought were just another starving country from Asia eager to fabricate your waste.
Everything was written in that report the government shared with us. Twenty years ago it was unbelievable the rest of the world would simply let us rise into the largest economy without a single bullet. The government had chosen the brightest men in the country to create that report, a project in which two thousand people worked on for thirty years.
If we can make this product and sell it to you in five dollars while your local supplier sells you the same one in twenty dollars, how could you refuse such an offer for all those extra profits? The rest of the world thought it was a scam, a desperate offer from a starving country. What they had signed would be a future collapse of their economies. Reducing their manufacturing costs killed their local industry and jobs. They never transferred the cost of the cheaper products into their consumer. Most of the population never enjoyed the benefits from them. The government kept on helping us with the production, even after five years of continuos losses, that scenario had been expected at the report.
Some countries have complained about the excessive regulation on our currency, but they can never understand what terrible consequences we would face by not regulating our currency. A cheap yuan and products is what we want.
Buying those european bonds is like repaying to you for all the help in letting us manufacture cheap products, with the additional bonus we own a small part of your country. It’s so ironic now we can’t even make all the products for the Chinese people, therefore we will ask other countries to help us.
I remember on the last page of the report it mentioned China had been the largest economy in the past eighteen of the twenty centuries. This new one is just starting for us.
